Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?
In your initial consultation, we discuss what your needs are. We then measure and have you fitted in our Sample Master Garments, and use these to discuss how the fit should be.

We then select fabrics to your preference, along with your button, lining, and style you want. When your garments arrive, we do a second fitting for any necessary adjustments (complimentary with our custom program), of which will be completed by our tailor within the week.

What can I create through the custom program?
Our custom program includes suits, coats, jackets, trousers, and shirts

How long will it take from initial consultation to final-fitting
We like to allow around 6 weeks for your garments from initial consultation to final-fitting. If there are any delays in receiving your garments on time, we will notify you immediately

Why should I invest in full-canvas jackets?
If you are, like us, interested in getting the most value for your money, you buy a fully canvassed jacket. They are better wearing, longer-lasting and look better over time as the jacket forms to your body. The benefit of having full-canvas jackets lies in the horsehair canvas in it.

Canvassed jackets have their layers stitched together with horsehair canvas to keep their shape which, instead of fused/glued jackets, results in a garment that will last after lots of wear (no bubbling up from delaminated glue!)

The end result is a long lasting garment that drapes and moulds to your body over time, resulting in more comfortability and longevity
